All retail transactions, payments, checkouts, and promotional discounts are conducted exclusively through Etsy Payments on our verified Etsy shop. By purchasing our artwork, you also agree to comply with Etsy's buyer terms, privacy policy, and user agreement.
2. Made-to-Order Production & Shipping
Our posters, art prints, and canvases are custom made to order using fine art printing via Printify and its specialized production facilities:
- Production Time: Production typically takes 2–5 business days before carrier dispatch.
- Shipping Carriers & Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking information is automatically provided via Etsy. Delivery times vary based on destination and courier operations.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Packages misdelivered or returned due to incorrect buyer-provided addresses may incur re-shipment fees.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork, illustrations, character designs, logos, typography, visual systems, and text displayed on daringdashingdesigns.com and our Etsy listings are the exclusive intellectual property of Daring Dashing Designs (Brett Taylor) and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Personal Use Only: Purchase of any physical print or digital asset conveys rights solely for personal, non-commercial display. You may not copy, scan, alter, resell, distribute, reproduce, or claim our original artwork as your own in any medium or format.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
Because every piece is custom printed on demand upon receipt of your order:
- Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase before production begins.
- Returns & Exchanges: As custom printed goods, we do not accept standard returns or buyer-remorse exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us via Etsy messages within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the defect and outer packaging. We will promptly issue a free replacement.
5. Color Representation Disclaimer
We calibrate our art files to 300 DPI fine art printing standards. Please note that individual screen monitors and mobile displays may render hues with slight color variations compared to physical printed inks on matte paper or canvas.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daring Dashing Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in dispute.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
